AidFone is designed so the person using it doesn't need to learn anything new. The phone looks exactly like what they need — big buttons, their family's faces, one tap to call. If they can pick up a phone, they can use AidFone.

No. AidFone works on any Android phone — new or used. A simple $80–100 Android works perfectly. You don't need a $300 device.

AidFone was specifically built for this. The Memory & Confusion profile replaces all icons with photos of the people they call most. No menu to navigate. No settings to accidentally change. Just faces they recognize.

All voice processing happens on the device. Nothing is stored or transmitted to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

$29.99 CAD per month after a 30-day free trial. One subscription covers one senior plus the caregivers connected to their phone. No hardware fees — you bring your own Android.

Cancel any time during the 30-day free trial and you won't be charged. After the trial, you can cancel from your account page at the end of any billing cycle — no questions, no hold queues.

Any Android phone running version 9 or newer with at least 2 GB of RAM. We've tested on phones from $80 to $1,500. iPhones are not currently supported — Apple doesn't allow the depth of customization AidFone needs.

Yes. Multiple caregivers can share access to the same senior's dashboard. We're rolling this out in phases — at launch you'll start with one primary caregiver, with multi-caregiver support arriving shortly after.
